Software built around your processes

Custom software development

We design and build systems around the way your company works: web systems and client portals, internal tools, automation of everyday routine for your staff and customers. From defining the task to launch and support.

  • Web systems and portals
  • Process automation
  • CRM, ERP and API integrations
  • Code ownership stays with you

When custom development pays off

Four signs that off-the-shelf products no longer fit. Tick what sounds like your situation.

Tick the points to see the takeaway.

What we build

Systems for internal operations and for working with customers.

Internal portals and client accounts

Workspaces for staff, portals for clients and partners, management dashboards.

Workflow and document automation

Requests, approvals, reporting: routine work moves out of spreadsheets and chats into a system.

Inventory and accounting systems

Stock, receipts, movement of goods and money in a single loop.

Customer services and platforms

Booking, online scheduling, marketplaces and multi-sided platforms.

Telegram bots and Mini Apps

Sales, support and requests right in the messenger, connected to your core system.

Modernising existing systems

We take a working system, add modules and integrations, and clean up the codebase.

How a project runs

We cover the full cycle: from defining the task to handing over the code and supporting it. Every stage ends with a tangible result in your hands.

01

Pre-project audit and estimate

We study the task, processes and existing systems, and assess scope and risks.

In your hands: a plan and an estimate you can make decisions with

02

Specification and architecture

We fix requirements, design the architecture and interfaces for real user scenarios, and choose the stack.

In your hands: a specification, scope, timeline and budget in the contract

03

Development, code review and integrations

Code is written in iterations and every change goes through review and testing. We connect the system to CRM, ERP, accounting systems and external APIs.

In your hands: a demo every 1-2 weeks, visible progress

04

Rollout and launch

A test loop and data migration with reconciliation first, then a staged production launch. Your current processes keep working until the system is verified. We train your team and leave written instructions, so knowledge doesn't live in one person's head.

In your hands: a working system and a trained team

05

Support and growth

Monitoring, incident response and enhancements under the contract, including an SLA where needed. We hand over the source code, repositories and documentation.

In your hands: code, documentation and an SLA

Architecture and technology

We pick technology for the task, not the other way around. Systems are designed modularly, so they can grow without a rewrite from scratch.

This is the core stack, not the full list: we bring in other technologies when the task calls for them. One rule: no exotic tools that no one will be able to maintain later.

The architecture decision, stack choice and integration design are worked out and documented during the pre-project audit.

Backend

  • Python · Django
  • FastAPI
  • Node.js

Frontend

  • React
  • TypeScript

Mobile

  • Flutter
  • Swift (iOS)
  • Kotlin (Android)

AI

  • LLM integrations (GPT, Claude, Gemini)
  • RAG and vector search
  • AI bots and agents

Data

  • PostgreSQL
  • Redis

Security and confidentiality

Development touches production data and company plans, so protection is part of the work by default.

NDA from day one

If confidentiality matters to you, we sign an NDA before discussing project details. Either way, we fix the obligations of both sides in the contract.

Access control

Credentials are shared over secure channels; the system uses role-based access and an audit log of user actions.

The code belongs to the client

Rights to the code and product are yours: we hand over sources, repositories and documentation. No vendor lock-in.

Backups and releases

Regular backups, code review and testing before every release.

How much development costs

The cost depends on the feature scope, the number and complexity of integrations, and load and security requirements. So there is no fixed price list, but there is a simple way to learn your price:

01

Describe the task

In your own words, no specification needed. We reply within 1 business day.

02

Get an estimate

We discuss the task and give you an estimate of scope and cost. It doesn't commit you to anything.

03

Budget in the contract

Scope, timeline and cost are fixed in writing. No surprises along the way.

Frequently asked questions

How is custom development different from off-the-shelf products?

Custom software is designed around your processes instead of forcing the business into someone else's template. The interface is built for your staff's real scenarios, with no extra screens or buttons, so training the team is easier. You don't pay for unnecessary features, you get the integrations you need with CRM, ERP, accounting systems and external APIs, and the code ownership stays with you.

How much does custom software development cost?

The price is estimated individually: it depends on the feature scope, integrations, and load and security requirements. Payment is either a fixed budget when the scope is clear upfront, or stage by stage when the product evolves in iterations. We estimate after discussing the task and lock the budget into the contract.

How long does development take?

It depends on scope: a first working version is usually measured in weeks, a large system in months. We work in iterations, so results are visible throughout the project, not just at the end. Exact timelines are fixed in the contract after an estimate or a pre-project audit.

Who owns the rights to the code?

The client. After payment we hand over the source code, repositories and documentation. From there it's up to you: we can stay on for support and growth, or help you build and train an in-house team.

Where do we start if the requirements are not defined yet?

With a pre-project audit: a short standalone engagement that leaves you with a plan, an architecture decision and an estimate. From there you can decide what to build and in what order.

Can you extend an existing system that someone else built?

Yes. We first review the code and architecture, assess the state and the risks, and then agree on the scope of changes. That's safer both for the system and for the budget.

How is data security handled?

On your request we sign an NDA before discussing details. Credentials are shared over secure channels, the system uses role-based access and an action log, and regular backups are configured. Code goes through review and testing before release.

What happens after launch?

The system stays under watch: monitoring, incident response and enhancements under the contract. We agree on the support format, including an SLA with a fixed response time, to match your needs.

Is there a warranty after launch?

Yes. The warranty period and its terms are set in the contract. After that the system lives on support: monitoring, incident response and further development.

Do you work remotely and with other countries?

Yes. We work remotely with clients worldwide: calls and demos online, contracts and paperwork in electronic form. In Tashkent we can meet in person, and when a project really needs us on site, we fly out for the key stages.
