How data exchange works

There is no single scheme: we pick the exchange method based on the task, data volume and what the systems allow. Three typical options:

Direct exchange via API

Both systems expose an API and volumes are moderate: data moves directly, on events or on a schedule.

With a processing layer

A layer between the systems checks formats and keeps a queue: if one side fails, data is not lost and catches up later.

File exchange

When there is no direct API: systems exchange files on a schedule, and processing validates data before loading.

These are typical schemes, not a complete list: there are also webhooks, database replication, exchange through an intermediate store and combinations, where data flows one way via API and the other way via files. We pick the right scheme for your task during the audit.

Exchange over HTTP requests: one application pulls data from another or pushes it, on a schedule or on an event.

Accounting systems

Exchange with standard and customised configurations (1C and similar) via HTTP services, exchange plans or files.

CRM and ERP

Connecting sales and accounting through an API or an intermediate layer. Bitrix24, SAP or a custom ERP are category examples: we verify your specific system's compatibility during the audit.

E-commerce
