Can the integration break after a 1C update? ＋
We use independent API connectors. If the data format in 1C changes, we only need to make a targeted update to the exchange script. The core of the entire CRM or ERP system won't be affected.
How long does it take to set up an integration? ＋
The timeline depends on the receiving party's API readiness. Standard connections with telephony or email take a few days. Complex exchanges with 1C can take 2 to 3 weeks.
Is it safe to transfer data via API? ＋
