Architecture

What we can build your system from

Every company is unique. Some need a powerful production module, while others only require an advanced sales funnel. We develop any modules and seamlessly connect them into a single database.

Sales & Clients (CRM)

Custom deal statuses, database segmentation, interaction history, and automatic reminders for managers.

Finance & Billing

Automated invoicing, accounts receivable control, and payment splitting.

Warehouse & Logistics

Real-time inventory tracking, barcode-based stocktaking, and route sheets for couriers.

Manufacturing (ERP)

Raw material write-offs based on tech specs, cost calculation, and defect control at every stage.

HR & Tasks

Kanban boards for departments, time tracking, KPI calculation, and new employee onboarding.

Management Analytics

Executive dashboards: P&L, CashFlow, and consolidated conversion charts.

Our approach

An interface nobody wants to close

The main reason CRM implementations fail is employee resistance. When the system is inconvenient, people keep tracking things in Excel and notebooks.

We pay enormous attention to UX (user experience). Before writing any code, we design mockups for every screen so that managers intuitively understand where to click and how to quickly close a task.

What we consider during design:

  • Number of clicks to complete routine operations (creating a deal, issuing an invoice)
  • Readability of tables with large volumes of data
  • Dashboard loading speed for executives

Feature FAQ

Do we have to develop all these modules at once?

We can develop all modules at once before the final release. However, for large-scale systems it makes more sense to split the work into separate phases. This allows you to launch the basic version (MVP) for the most critical department faster, start benefiting from automation, and then add new features.

How is a custom system's interface better than off-the-shelf solutions?

Off-the-shelf systems are built for every company at once and are therefore overloaded with generic features. In custom development, the interface is designed strictly around your business processes. There will be no extra tabs or empty fields, and managers will only see the buttons they need for their work.

Can different employees see different information?

Yes, we can flexibly configure access rights if your processes require it. If needed, an intern will only see their own tasks, a manager will get department analytics, and a business owner can oversee the full picture without the risk of accidentally deleting data.

Can the new system be connected to our website and 1C?

Yes. We set up two-way data exchange via API. Leads from your website will immediately enter the sales funnel, and invoices and inventory will automatically sync with 1C without manual copying.

Can the system automatically generate contracts and notifications?

Yes, we can include this functionality during the design phase. If your business needs it, the system will learn to automatically fill in details in templates, generate PDFs, and send them to clients at the right moment.

Will the system slow down as the company grows and the database expands?

We build a scalable database architecture from the very start. If your business grows significantly, you will only need to increase server capacity, and we can additionally optimize queries. There will be no need to rewrite the system from scratch.

How do we migrate our current data from Excel spreadsheets?

Data migration is a standard implementation step. You provide us with your current files, and we write scripts that automatically distribute all client history and reference data into the appropriate fields in the new database.

Which module do you need first?

Tell us about the processes that take the most time and lead to errors. We'll propose a system concept that addresses those pain points.
