FAQ

Why build a custom system when off-the-shelf CRMs exist?

Off-the-shelf solutions force you to adapt your business processes to their interface and charge a subscription fee for every new employee. A custom system is built strictly around your rules, has no hidden licensing fees, and belongs entirely to you.

Who will own the source code?

Your company, 100%. Upon completion, we hand over all source code, database access, and technical documentation. This is stipulated in the contract.

Do you integrate with 1C, Click, Payme, and Didox?

Yes. The key requirement is that the service has an open API. If it does, we can connect anything: from local solutions (1C, Click, Didox) to any international payment and logistics systems. Data exchange runs automatically without manual input.

How long until we see the first results?

We don't spend years building a system. Typically, we launch the first working version (MVP) for one department in 2-4 weeks. You start using the system while we continue developing the next features in sprints.

Where will our commercial data be stored?

You choose the infrastructure. We can deploy the system on reliable cloud servers (AWS, DigitalOcean) or on your own physical servers (on-premise) for maximum security.

Can we add new features later (warehouse, HR, manufacturing)?

Yes. We build a flexible architecture that grows with your company. You can start with just a basic sales module (MVP), then add warehouse management, finance, and HR as needed. The system won't need to be rewritten from scratch.

Will the system work on smartphones?

For mobile access, we offer several solutions. We can develop a mobile version of the CRM itself, release standalone mobile apps, and implement Telegram bots for field or frontline employees.

What happens after launch? Who will maintain the system?

We sign a technical support agreement. Under it, we monitor database uptime, promptly resolve technical issues, and consult users. For expanding functionality, we can assign a dedicated development team to your new business requirements.
